Medball Fitness And Power Sessions in the Park

60 minute Medicine Ball Power and Fitness sessions with Ranell.

You will need :

1. Medicine Ball (according to your ability)

2. Towel or Mat for Stretching

3. Water / personal fluid intake needs

4. Place 3 cones in a line of 20 metres ie. 1 at zero, 1 at 10 and 1 at 20 metres in a straight line.
